Subtract rows from a list that meets certain criteria

I have a list like ALL CONTRACTS, It's a mile long.

In UP within 90 days I wanna show all contracts which needs attention within... you guessed it - 90 days

How would I go about having it to only take the <90 rows from the table? (...or, that I can do - but I dont know how to stop it from making empty rows, and keeping them "tight")
