    IF and Counif

    Friends,

    I am trying this formula but it does not work. Can someone help me? What i am trying is matching two dates and and two condition to give me the count. Please give me the formula?

    I have attached the spreadsheet and what i need is Matching Mar-16 in the raw data and count how many desktop is reimaged and reimaged.
