Finding duplicates

I have an excel file full of banks by state. From columns A-W i have numerous states (in row 1) and then under i have all the perspective banks for that state. I need to be able to see all the banks that are the same in each of the states (columns). Is there any way to see all the similar banks for two states? Please and thank you

PS: I am able to use conditional formatting to find one specific bank, but i would like to view all the similar banks between two states

Key bank ...... ...... !!!Bank of Illinois
Bank of Cleveland ...... !!!Key Bank
