IF function - project name list - time shedule

I try to create Timesheet for different projects in my job. I want to use "IF" function.
I have 2 columns: 1st: list of name projects and 2nd: list of time.
I want to calculate How many hours are spent to project "16PR03_OPAKA" аnd "16PR10_PAVILION". I try with IF function. Please help me!

Tnaks, but if you see, the Project name "16PR03_OPAKA" is on row 4 and 6. I want to calculate the total sum of hours for that Project.

0:15 on row 4 and 0:30 on row 6 = 0:45 total time for that project. Which is what the formula I provided shows.

Am I missing the point?

If I have some sheets with the same table in a file, how may I calculate the same data - the time of the project, but from different sheets?

You mean the same project could appear on more than one sheet?

Yes, because We are 5 people in the office and I want each of us to use 1 sheet. But the formula to calculate the data from all sheets.

I want to create a web base programe, which is based of 5 excel files - like the exaple, And the programe to be connected wit the 5 files.

Probably the easiest way (as you're dealing with a relatively small number of sheets) would be to add a summary sheet that sums the total time from each individual sheet and then sums those together to give a grand total.

See "SUMMARY" in the attached.

EDIT: Your latest two posts came in as I was typing. The solution proposed here will not take account of this. Perhaps 5 separate workbooks and one Summary workbook would work. Note the Summary one will only be up to date if all 5 of the other workbooks are saved after editing.
