Index and Match Function

Thanks a lot and i have also locked the D$12.

I have one more questions on the -1 , 0 and 1

With the following list, if i want to get the price on 13 Sept, i expect the answer is 10 ..
Should i use -1 or 1 ?

Date : 12 Sept 15 Sept
Price : 10 14
