Getting a output value from a worksheet that is dependent on an input variable

I have one worksheet (A) that calculates a specific value in a particular cell (call it cell R12) and the value of this cell is dependent on the value of a variable in another cell (say cell C1).

I want to use the value of cell R12 in another worksheet (B) but I need to send the value of C1 to worksheet A and get it to return the value of R12. So I need to find a function that does this Function ('worksheet B'C1=x, 'worksheet B'R12) i.e I send worksheet B the input variable and it returns the dependent variable.

Have attached a spreadsheet. You'll see in Opex sheet that I can calculate the Labour cost/tn in row 61 and it changes if I change the value of cell C38. In P&L I want to use the output of Labour cost/tn but it changes over time as the business grows and volume increases. I want to be able to use the volume in P&L sheet to calculate the number of shifts needed at that time and send this number to cell c38 and get the associated result back around labour cost/tn.
