How to sort collumns?

Hello. I need to build a table chart for food. It requires to have couple columns and lines in order to store informations. Name of the fruit, its weight, nutriens for whole fruit, nutriens for certain weight, money cost of while fruit, cost of certain weight etc. And i need ability to sort it so i can have them set from the most expensive to the least one if i click price and the most nutrieus to he least if i click nutriens. That way i can estimate what is most efficient and valueable according to cost or mass.
