extractin data from sheet1 into sheet2+adding&deleting rows in sheet1

Hi guys,

I am facing a problem for while now:

-a part of the data from sheet 1 should becopied into in sheet2
-enabling to add and delete rows in sheet1 without causing errors in sheet2.

tried sofar:

a)
copying data from sheet1 into sheet2 with the function =if(isblank) etc.

b)
using a pivot however layout became a mess.
