Not at all understanding why this LOOKUP is not working correctly. Must be something simple that I can't see or don't understand.
=LOOKUP(E2,$Q$2:$Q$32,$R$2:$R$32)

That data in column Q must be sorted in Ascending order for Lookup to work.
