Conditional formatting to go by hours and not days?

    This will be true when A5 is more than 48 hours prior to the start of today. If you want it to be more than 48 hours prior to the time at the moment, then use NOW instead of TODAY.

    Formula: copy to clipboard
    =AND(ISBLANK(B5), B$4="Received", ISNUMBER(A5), TODAY()-A5>2)
