    Formula to count # of entries in column

    Hello:

    Please refer to attached file.
    I need a formula to count the number of entries in column N,R,V,Z and so on row 40 down.
    I have manually entered 6 and 4 in cell N5 and N6
    Let me know if you have any questions.
