I am trying to have a formula that will return a value on another column based on the last entry for the search item.
The one i have is KIND of working, but with errors.
Can anyone suggest a better/easier way?

problem with this example is "richard.pigden" ... it returns weird value
another inconsistent return is ken.mcallister.. it should be the value from c166
I think this part should be change
($C$1:$C$190=F200) it should be ($C$2:$C$190=F200)
