Look for matching value between 2 columns and display corresponding value from 3 coloumn

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out a way to compare 2 columns/ranges of data (one column has 700 entries, the other 730) to find a matching specific value (road name, in this case). If the name is found in BOTH columns, then I would like a value to be displayed which is in a 3rd column. Please see attached screenshot for the following to make sense:

Check if Road Name in Column A also exists in Column F. If so, display corresponding value from Column C in Column H (which is where the formula will go). If not, or if there's duplicate entries (in the case of Ahipaipa Road), then display "N/A".

For example, H3 should show "ACOSTH", H4 should display "N/A" and H5 should display "ALASTK".

Any help would be much appreciated
