Project Clock Out Time in Employee Time Sheet

I want excel to project a "clock out time" if we already know the rest of the days ins and outs. I want it to tell me what time I would need to clock out in order to reach 8 hours. Our project does not allow overtime and I am hoping this will help with controlling this. Staff lunches can range from 30 min, 45 min, 1 hour.
