Conditional format cell colour if time between a range

    Good Afternoon,

I'm currently creating a spreadsheet that I can copy incident ticket details into so I can calculate the desired resolution time from the SLA.

However the client tool that I'm copying from (our agreed SLA's are different to the clients) only exports the 'reported time of a ticket' this can occur outside of our working hours. I just want to highlight to the user who is copying and pasting the start times in that a ticket has occurred outside of business hours so will need adjusting.

I've been playing around trying to get partial matches from an array on 'SLA Timings' tab, but unable to do so.

    Set up is

'Calculator' C2:C50 is the range to paste results into.
'SLA Timings' A13:A851 is 18:00, 18:01, 18:02 through to 07:59 is the range of timings I want to flag up (anything between 1800-0800)

Excel is on my work network otherwise I would copy here. Can duplicate a similar sheet if required.

    Thanks in advance.

Yes please attach a copy or sample of your workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include expectations of the process you're trying to complete or automate, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Ok,

Example attached (I hope). Ignore any of the SLA/Target dates the formula for this is already good.

Just need to highlight any incidents reported between 1800-0800 as per the spreadsheet.

    Regards,

    Susan
