    Formula for generating multiple returns

Hello, not real experienced with Excel (I'm learning). I need to create a formula, not sure how to approach it. I'll try and describe my end goal. Not sure why the attachment option sin't working for me. so, ill post a screen grab. Any help would be very appreciated.

In a separate form I enter total hours into a cell, divide it by their total sales, coming up with their Sales per labor hour. In the screen grab you see weekly sales brackets, followed by 3, 4, and 5 star numbers. The goal is when that SPLH and total sales number are entered, it will compare to the table to determine their sales bracket, and it will compare to the 3-5 star number to see where they are at, and enter it into a new cell. Ideally, it would color code Red for 3 star, yellow for 4 star, green for 5 star (the cell fill, not the text). I'm sorry if that doesn't make sense. My brain no good If not having the cell info is a big problem, just show me where to enter the cell range in the formula

total hours/total sales=splh. If total sales is equal to this sales bracket (A:4-A:43 on my screen grab), and splh is equal or greater than the numbers in cells B:4-B:43, C:4-C43, D:4-D:43, then return 3-5 Star label in different cell. 3 = red, 4=yellow, 5= green

Again, I know it would be easier if you had the actual cell ranges. If it's impossible to do, I can update with those soon. I'm finalizing a google form this morning. Thank You so much for your help.

It would be easier if you attached a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Hope this helps. It's a google form that I query into the sheet "Productivity tracker responses" on the bottom tab.
