Conditional Formatting to display Unique Values across Multiple Columns

I have 4 columns that should all be the same date. I need assistance in the conditional formula rule that would highlight the cell between columns $I:$L that does not equal the value in $H.

So for example, in row 4 - cell H4 would be the default, if J4 and L4 do not match, each of those should be filled with a color. If I5:L5 all don't match H5, then all would be colored, if they all matched H5 then none would be.
