Formula to sort columns instead of using the sort button

Hi,

I'm trying to sort using a formula instead of the sort button but I can't figure it out, it must be possible...

I've had a look at:

But that doesn't solve the issue of sorting the accompanying column.

I don't know how to make a match formula to do as I need for the item name without making it match the same item twice, for example Item3 would appear twice in the top 2 slots, when it should find Item10 for the 2nd slot.
