Lookup function finding most recent dates

Attached is a spreadsheet with 3 columns.

Unit ID
Lease Start Date
Gross Potential

I have a table setup on the left hand side that I need to populate. I need a formula that will find the 5 most recent lease start dates by unit ID and then capture the gross potential amount for each of those 5. I need a formula to do this without having to sort the data. If I were to sort the data by Unit ID and then by Lease Start Date (newest to oldest) and ignore all blank lease start dates, I would simply take the top 5 gross potential amounts.

Formula needed to populate B3-G7.
