Can you cross refernce numbers?

Hi all,

I'm trying to automate the points system for a competition that I run. Essentially I want to cross reference the numbers on the left hand side of the line with the right hand side. Numbers on the left hand side are worth 3 points unless the same number is on the right hand side in which case it's worth none.
Is there a function I can use to do this to get a total amount of points in the box highlighted. I've linked a test sheet below:

You can use this formula in R2:

=sumproduct(--(iserror(match(D2:L2,M2:Q2,0))))*3
