    Ariv,

Can you explain few points, as I cannot see from your sample what you are trying to do?

    a) Why are there numbers in F2, F3 and R1? Because they are not used anywhere else?

    b) Where is the "first stage gate" you refer to? And what does it do?

    c) What is the "loading" of rexource you refer to?

It would be a big help if you could add a sheet showing an exampleo of what you want the sheet to look like and show you?

Would you consider altering the layout if this helped with a solution?

Take a look at this modified version of your upload. Does that do what you want?

You appear to be referring to what's commonly known as a GANTT chart. There are many Excel templates around the web which you might usefully check out.

The general arrangement is that you have start and end dates for each of your resources / project phases and use conditional formatting to paint the background colour of the calendar columns cells if the calendar date is between the start/end dates of each resource. Typically you'd have your row 5 resources on individual rows and the start/end dates in a column each to the left of the calendar cells along with any other required statistics in their own column.
