Populate data from one main sheet to multiple sheets

Hi, I have been asked to create a 'document/form' that populates multiple tabs on a spreadsheet.

The idea is that every-time someone opens the spreadsheet - they fill out the 'document/form', and all the information is sent to the relevant tabs (as a new row).
Then, the next time they open the document, the 'document/form' is empty and ready for them to once again fill it out (with the tabs accumulating a row from each entry).

Is this possible??
