Formula to transpose cell contents

Hi all, hope anyone can help with a formula for the following problem.

In cells Q2:W I have information which I would like to transpose in to column list, the trouble is two fold:

1. Not all the cells in the row have information so the formula would need to ignore blank cells and join without additional spaces.

2. Each row will need its own column list, e.g row Q2:W2 has 1 piece of information and could be listed once. Q3:W3 has 2 cells of information so would use row 3 and 4 and so on.

UDF or Macro can be used. Is It ok.
