I would like to do the following, but need some help please

Lets say i have a list of partners and they have a growth % associated to them. I would like to score them based on their growth.
For instance
Partner A - 15% growth
Partner B - 45% growth
Partner C - 60% growth

I would like the following scoring system:

1 points for up to 20% growth
2 points for up to 50% growth
3 points for 50%+

However, i would like to be flexible with the points and their thresholds. So the growths allocated to the partner will stay consistent, but I could decide that maybe i want 1 point for up to 30% or 40% in the future, so i want to have flexibility on the scoring system, but it should still automatically allocate the growth based on my points selection thresholds.

I am not sure which formula to use to accomplish this.
