Return text in cell to the left of search term

In Column L I would like to provide a list of all the items to the left of any cell which states "change". In the attached spreadsheet in the first row the formula would provide the words 'Banana' and 'Plum'. In the second row the formula would provide the word 'fish' and in the third row the formula would provide the word 'fork'.
I would also like a similar formula in Column M based on the search term of 'not changed' which only provides the word 'ball' and 'rope' in the third row and nothing in the first and second row. Thanks for your help.

Please find attached the spreadsheet with the 'Before' section showing the data as it currently stands and the 'After' section showing the data how I would like it. Thank you
