    Formula to copy data if certain conditions are fulfilled

    Hi guys,

    I have constant data in column A and varying data in column C.
    I want a formula in column D that will copy the value in column C if it matches any value in column A, if it doesn't match any value, I want it to copy the closest greater value from column A. (Note that in the sample workbook, only cells C13 & C14 match data from column A).
    Here attached is a sample workbook of how I want column D to look like.
