I have been dumping PDF data into a spreadsheet that unfortunately seems to change regularly. The reason is because if a specific data point is not present “sometimes” they enter a “0”, or and “-“ to keep the spacing correct which is great for me. However more times than not they don’t put anything so from that point forward every number is messed up requiring me to manually enter 30 numbers or so.

I need a formula to so the following.
1- Look for a specific word between A1-A40 (the reason I am specific about A40 is that there is going to be the same word from A40 to A-60 (which a formula with the specific range will help me fix)
2- Return the number 2 below (or 1 below, again I need it to be dynamic)
3- If the result is NOT a NUMBER return a “0”.

I also need another formula that will do the following.
1. Look between A23-A50 for a DATE, and return that date.
