Highlight cells containing one of many values

Hello,

I have been tearing my hair out trying to figure out this basic formula (or so i thought...)
I am trying to make an excel sheet that will make managing my craigslist postings easier.

Column E contains the CL post title which has the stock number at the end of it. I am trying to search and highlight every title that contains a stock number found from column A. I have tried selecting column E and applying conditional formatting based on the formula =sum(A2:A250) but this just highlights every title that contains numbers. I know this is probably a simple formula, but my excel skills are very limited. ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
