Sensitivity Analysis returning the same values in each cell

Hello all. I created a sensitivity table that returns the same values in each cell. Please see attached excel file, on tab "discountedsynergyvaluation". I have a sensitivity table in place, using cell B31 as the reference formula. When i go to data table I input B18 for the row value and I12 for the column value. THen i get the same values throughtout my table. This doesnt make since to me.

    Hi
    Welcome to the board

I don't see anything that depends on I12.
This means that your column variable in the data table is useless.

You can see that when you change the value in B18 "tv growth rate" to each of the values in the data table header the value in B31 "total value" matches the corresponding value in the data table.

Everything is working as defined. The problem is the definition, using I12 in the setup of the data table makes no sense, since the value in I12 does not impact the total value.
