    Calculate % complete based on a number in one cell - 4 cells should match the one.....

    Trying to calculate the % complete based on the total (each has a countifs formula) in each cell:
    "
    # of Scripts Entered into HPQC # of Scripts "Ready for Pre-Approval" # of Scripts QA Approved # of Scripts WITH PQ Tester Name


    Each of the above cells total should match the "# of 'Formal' Scripts to be created" cell and calculate the % complete based on the total number completed (see attached example).

    I'd prefer not to have a VBA as loading the spreadsheet in a foreign country is difficult because of bandwidth.

    All assistance is greatly appreciated.

    You could try this in M2..

    and format the cell as Percentage
    or
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    and leave the cell formatted as general or number
