Conditional Formatting of many rows in one column

I am tracking hours on a monthly basis by PO number. I have a tracking sheet that I pull in each month in columns P-AA. In column L I have the total hours on the PO. In column N I have a formula to calculate the remaining hours "L3-SUM(P3:AA3).

I would like to conditionally format column N to highlight if that value is less than twice the average of P3:AA3. Can I set that condition for all of column N and keep the relative references?

Does column N also begin in N3 ?

If so, after selecting the column starting in N3 try =$N3>2*average(p3:aa3) as CF

That worked. Only I needed N to be highlighted if less than. I just flipped the arrow. Thank you
