Question Moving or Copying One Sheet to Another Workbook

    Hi guys!

So, I have a template workbook. On this template is where I am making all the formulas and the format of the entire data.

Since I am doing statistics of different teams, I need to make several other workbooks. Some of them, I already made even before I use the template. The only reason I came up with the idea of a template is because I don't want to keep copying formula's from one workbook to another.

Now what I want to ask for help is, I know how to copy/move one sheet to another workbook. However, once I copy the template sheet to the real data sheet, the formula includes the name of the workbook where the formula came from. Is there anyway I can prevent this from happening? I mean, I have a lot of formulas from the template and is causing me some time to do it one at a time.

I tried to do the copy-paste thing, however, it works the same way as copying/moving the entire worksheet from the template.

I would really appreciate any answer! Thanks guys!

(This site is awesome by the way!)

Why not saye the file using a temporary name, then delete the sheets you don't want
Then save the Tempoary file under the new names, Team1, Team2, Team3 and then the original name
    Delete the Temporary File
    Open the original file

The macro should be housed in your Personal Workbook.

    Thanks for the response sir.

Let me explain, first thing, I am still little-to-none knowledge about macros to be honest. So, not an option for me. At least not yet. Second, I've tried the response that you gave me already even before you say it. I must admit it's a good idea. Unfortunately, just like what I said there are already workbooks that I made even before I made the templates. Those workbooks already contain important data. So, I don't think deleting them would be a good idea.

However, I came up with another idea to Find + Replace the original name of the workbook. It actually works pretty well. I just want to know if there are still other things I can do aside from these methods?
