Indirect Formula Copied Accross Cells Not Down

Hey There,

I am trying to use a formula to copy across cells so that the cell number stays the same but the sheet reference changes. I am using Monthly tabs that go up by 1 so Month1, Month2, Month3 etc.. Example

I want to show in cell N820 the information in Month1 tab cell D403 and in M820 the information in Month2 tab cell D403. I want to place a formula in the N column that I can copy back to the B column but pulls the correct data.

Any help would be appreciated.
