There are 32 waiters serving customers in either of 2 dining venues. Customers submit a survey of satisfaction with 7 server/kitchen parameters (Welcome, Food Quality, etc.) Management wishes to reward those servers on a periodic (monthly) basis who score highest on these surveys, but only after the server has received a management-defined number of survey responses. Management reserves the right to change the number of servers getting the monthly award from time to time. In this example Management wishes to have the names (cells) of the winning servers highlighted in red-fill with a bold-white font.
