In the attached file, The Report worksheet will be the data entry sheet; assume Column A to represent several data columns, here just labeled to represent same. The interval and Amount columns will have drop down data as shown in the same columns in the Calculations worksheet.
The calculations worksheet contains the column labels and the text and numerical data that I will use to calculate the Projecvted Annual dollar amount.
Column lengths will have room for 1000 entries.
