Merging duplicates and keeping unique

I have a sheet that has duplicates in columns a,b,c,g, and h. Columns D,E,F have unique data. I would like to add additional columns so that it would all be in the same row. I am really unsure how to do this as I know that Vlookup will stop at the first match. Here is an example.

A table of data never formats very well on the forum - attach a sample Excel workbook instead, and in that you can explain more clearly what you want to achieve.

I have attached a workbook. The first tab shows current view. The second shows something like I was picturing it would look like when done. Also, some of the SO fields may only be listed 1 or 2 times. Sometimes they are listed up to 5 times.example.xlsx
