Exclamation Return Staff Member who Held Position X at Store Y at Date Z

    Hi All,

I have an extract from our HRM system and need to determine which staff member held the position ("Business Manager") and at which Location (Store) at a certain date (01/01/2015).
The extract from the HRM system has 6700 rows and as I need this data for other queries, I would prefer not to have to rely on sorting to solve this (but if thats what I need to do, please irect me on what fields to sort by).
I need to do this for the 1st of every month in the past year.
I've attached some sample data to play with but I'm after a vlookup or an index match type formula which will let me achieve this.

    Thank You

Hi, thanks for the response. Unfortunately this doesn't hit the mark as it doesn't differentiate the Position type "Business Manager". How do I also achieve this?

    Thanks
