I don't understand your question. If you want to know what colour is used in the conditional formatting, then go to the rule itself and find out what fill colour was used.

There are conditional formatting rules as a result of the fill color. I want to copy the fill color. I just want to copy fill colors. I want to copy the rules are not just colors.
Just copy the data (that has been conditionally formatted) and paste it in MS-Word document. Now, recopy the same data from MS-Word and paste it in MS-Excel.
There is no other way to do this as per my knowledge however you can check link above mentioned and get VBA code for the same.
