    Re: Sheet values to Certificate

    Sample Mail merge using word.

"Motor_Certificate" is the template for your certificates: it will need editing to your requirements.

"Certificate" is the data source (Sheet "Data"): add your data here OR create an Excel file with same headings in row 1 and data from row 2 onwards. If you create a new file you will need to make this file the source in Mail Merge

"Certificates" is the output from the mail merge

You will need to read up on Mail Merge but basically go into Mailings in Word and follow the Mail Merge steps

Hope this helps to get you started.

Thanks for the help. Actually when I Insert All the merge field, its only picking the data which is numeric and showing a zero for alphabetical ones. Please help.

    Re: Sheet values to Certificate

I cannot help without any files: you will see from my "Certificates" Word document that it selected ALL fields. There is no reason why it should only select numeric fields.
