I need to count the total of a certain type of employee between the most recent 2 'week ending' dates on sheet 1.
For example, criteria for one of the countif formulas would contain:
SM
ORG
Week ending
Please note, I need a running total of Active employees. On sheet2, I have all the data.
I created a formula that almost worked, but when I had to add a new Active employee, the totals from the previous weeks would count that employee as well.
On Sheet1, I manually added what the values should be based off the current data I have.
