You don't drag array formulas to copy them, you use COPY/PASTE. But I don't see any reason you should be using arrays, as indicated by your { } inclusions.
If you post a workbook showing some good sample data and a mockup of the desired results, we can check your formulas against your data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
