Columns C and E are the same numbers as in column A so C5 and E5 are 45,000. I have noticed that uploading and downloading seems to be erasing some of my comma's in my custom format so am including a picture of what the file should look like.
I think that if there was another way to do this, someone else would have stepped forward by now.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
