Calculate remaining items

Hi. I have been struggling with a formula for some time.
I have an excel sheet that needs to calculate the remaining items of a purchase order, by looking at the delivery lines. If the column with the "items" are the same as the purchase (column C & K), then it has to deduct the shipped amount (column D) from the purchased amount (column L) and show the result (column M)
