    How to make apply for less than 1 hour only, if more than 1 hour the result will show the duration between both time?

    If the 3rd example is meant to represent a time crossing midnight (a difference of 23:40) try this:

    =IF(MOD(B2-A2,1)<1/24,1/24,MOD(B2-A2,1))
