I'm sorry for the unclear title, but I'm not even entirely sure how to describe exactly what I want to do. I've attached a sample workbook.

I have a relatively large data set, and rather than do all of this manually I'd like to automate it.

Each individual has a unique nine digit identifying number assigned. For each date an individual may have been tested (coded as 1 or 2 depending test), or not (0). As the program has progressed, cycles have been assigned based on date (i.e. cycle 0 covers months 1-3, 1 4-5, etc). I need to find out if an individual was tested withing a cycle, and if so, the date of the test.

Any thoughts on how to do this? I'm a bit stumped but I might not be thinking about it the right way.
