    Excel file sharing in Network drive

    Hi

    i have an excel file in which one staff should edit & review and remaining 4 staffs should only review.
    i will keep the excel shortcut on their desktops.

    how to share the excel file at a time.

    You can do this by create a login form with password and then use protection criteria for 4 staff which you want to review only with code
