Enter formula in D1 and pull it to the right and then down
Formula:
=IF($A1+COLUMNS($A:A)-1>$B1,"",$A1+COLUMNS($A:A)-1)

Alkey beat me too it, but I have played around to get this, so I am posting it lol (pretty much the same thing)...
=IF(COLUMNS($A$1:A$1)+$A1-1>$B1,"",$A1+COLUMNS($A$1:A1)-1)
