How to convert a range of numbers to sequence of numbers in an array

I need to covert a list of years from this format
2005-2008
2009-2009
2009-2012
2009-2014

to

2005, 2006, 2007 ,2008
2009
2009, 2010, 2011, 2012
2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014

Any help with a formula to do this would be great.
