Using IF/ VLook/ INDEX to return value?

    Hi there,

I have 4 columns (B to E) and the cells at each column may contain "P". If there is a "P" appears in one of the columns, I would like to return "P" on Column F.

I wonder which function (IF, VLOOK, INDEX) applies? and how to write it?

    Regards.
