SUMIFS Question: Count Occurrence

I am new to the board, so I apologize if this has been coverd before ad nauseam, as I wasn't quite for what to search for to answer my question (if there is an answer).

Here goes: Essentially what I'm trying to do is add the number of occurrences of 2 different cell ranges for 2 different criteria for a grand total. It would be best to explain with an image:

Basically, I need column M (Total) to add the occurrences in column L (Occurrence) based on column A (Source). I did a =COUNTIF(B2:K2,"Yes") to formulate the occurrences from columns B to K for the L total. Now I need to add those up based on that specific domain. Does that make sense? Hopefully I explained it well enough, as it's a bit convoluted. Sorry if this is an easy one, I'm still learning. Any help is greatly appreciated!

a simple sumifs should do i guess, if i understood your question.

in column M2, add sumifs(L:L,A:A,A2) and drag it down.
